Sertijab (Handover of Position) is a very important moment in the life of an organization, not least in student organizations (ormawa). This moment marks the transition of leadership from the old board to the new board. This process is not only ceremonial, but also a symbol of the continuation of struggle and commitment in developing the organization in a better direction. Prof. Rondhi as the dean in his opening remarks said that Sertijab is a process that shows how important continuity is in an organization. Through this handover, we remind ourselves that every leadership is part of a long journey that continues. The newly elected board has a great responsibility to continue and develop the vision, mission, and values that have been built by the previous board. However, it is also important to remember that despite the change in leadership, the spirit and purpose of this student organization remains the same. We are here to learn together, grow, and contribute not only within the campus, but also to the wider community. This responsibility does not only belong to the management, but also to all members of the organization who must support each other so that we can continue to move forward together. “To the old ormawa administrators, I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude for the dedication and hard work that has been given during the leadership period. Many positive things have been achieved, and these successes will not be forgotten. Hopefully all the experience and learning gained can be a valuable provision in the future. To the newly appointed ormawa administrators, I would like to remind you that the mandate you carry is a great mandate. You are an example for your fellow students to continue to strive to be the best. Be leaders who are able to inspire, prioritize common interests, and remain humble in carrying out their duties. I believe that with the spirit of togetherness, our ormawa will continue to grow, innovate, and make a positive contribution to the progress of campus and society. Do not hesitate to take progressive steps, but still maintain integrity, human values, and brotherhood in every decision taken.” Added Rondhi, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture. The handover of ormawa is not just a formal ceremony, but a process filled with meaning and responsibility. It is an important moment that marks a transition in leadership, and also a momentum for evaluation and planning for the future of the organization. With a good handover process and new administrators who are ready to face challenges, ormawa will continue to grow and develop, ready to face the changing times and bring benefits to its members and the wider community.
