In order to strengthen the relationship and improve the creativity of members, Dharma Wanita Persatuan Faperta held a decoupage decorating activity, which took place on Wednesday 19/2. This activity was attended by Dharma Wanita members, who were enthusiastic about learning and sharing new skills. The event, themed “Improving Creativity Through Decoupage Art”, aimed to introduce the art technique of decoupage decoration, which involves gluing paper motifs on various media such as glass, wood, plastic and ceramics. In this workshop, participants were taught step-by-step how to create beautiful and unique decoupage decorations, from the preparation of materials to the finishing techniques.

Chairperson of Dharma Wanita Persatuan Faperta Mrs. Retno Susilowati M.Rondhi in her speech revealed that this activity not only aims to hone art skills, but also to strengthen relationships between Dharma Wanita members. "We hope that through this activity, Dharma Wanita members can develop creativity and share knowledge. Decoupage art also provides an opportunity for members to make this hobby a source of additional income," she said. During this activity, the participants were very enthusiastic in following every stage explained by the instructors, Mrs. Ani Didik Sulityanto and Mrs. Eka Mardiana Fafan who are experts in the field of handicraft arts. With patient guidance, the participants managed to make a variety of attractive decorative artworks, such as photo frames, candle holders, and jewelry boxes decorated with various beautiful motifs.

In addition to developing skills, this activity also provides an opportunity for Dharma Wanita members to get to know and support each other in a warm and family atmosphere. Many participants expressed their pleasure and pride in participating in this activity, because in addition to enriching their knowledge, they were also able to bring home handmade products. This event is expected to be an inspiration for all Dharma Wanita members to continue to explore their potential, hone their skills, and strengthen brotherhood in a positive environment. In the future, Dharma Wanita Persatuan Faperta plans to hold more similar activities, which can support the development of members' skills and creativity. With activities like this, it is hoped that Dharma Wanita will be increasingly recognized as an organization that not only cares about social welfare, but also about the self-development of its members in various aspects of life.
